Our seminars and trainings in the dark* have a lasting effect on people. Alongside experienced blind business trainers and moderators participants experience completely new, unfamiliar situations in the dark. *The original idea to use darkness as a setting for management trainings was conceived by Uschi Hollerbach und Anne Schwindling. They do their own trainings in the lightless space today.
